Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for an implementation of Salesforce Lightning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and C-Suite to understand business requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure Salesforce best-practices
• Oversee implementations of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Tableau CRM, and other third party tools

Desired Skillset:

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience as an Administrator, Business Systems Analyst, Consultant, Developer, or Technical Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools - Flows, Process Builders, Permissions, etc
• Ability to understand APEX code and make modifications as needed

• Ability to code from scratch is preferred but not required

• Experience with SQL, SOSL, or SOQL
• Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components is strongly considered)
• Ability to liaise with non-technical end users and key business stakeholders
• Comfortable with third party applications like Slack, Zoom, MS Office, etc)
• Strong collaboration skills while working remote

Basic Qualifications:

• Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is prioritized
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
