As a Salesforce CRM Manager for my client's media organization, you will own the Salesforce roadmap and manage a small, agile team of Administrators and BSAs. Key projects on the roadmap include a full data systems redesign, building out a data warehouse for automating high level C-suite reporting, migrating from Salesforce NGOC to Salesforce NPSP, and building out your team.. The ideal candidate has experience in a functional Salesforce role for 5 or more years, with experience in migrations and some people management. Job Requirements:
  • Highly proficient Salesforce.com declarative tools
  • Comfortable managing a small and agile team (3-5 people)
  • Data migration and database management required
  • Experience with database tools (SQL, SOQL, SOSL)
  • Exposure to Salesforce NPSP preferred but not required
  • Comfortable reporting into the VP level and assisting in IT roadmap as it pertains to the data team
  • Ability to identify gaps in legacy systems where updates may be appropriate


Basic Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM certifications are taken into great consideration)
  • Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
  • 5+ years' experience with CRM (Salesforce) Systems, or equivalent with another CRM
  • 2+ years of experience in people management


Essential Functions:
  • Act as a key point of contact for identification of requirements (technical or functional)
  • Lead an independent team and be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
  • Question around and work to identify critical business issues that can be translated to technical requirements
  • Confidently act as a key functional resource for your agile project team, rolling up your sleeves when necessary and providing oversight of general configuration & projects of your team members
  • Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
