Role & Responsibilities
  • Working with clients to resolve queries and resolving issues within large implementations.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and interpreting business needs, translate to operational requirements, convert to technical specification documents.
  • Producing high-quality documents which meets business requirements, supports solution design and delivery processes.
  • Configuring the Salesforce platform.
  • Acting as a Product Owner for client delivery.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Experience working at a Salesforce Partner
  • Strong soft skills and to be comfortable and approachable in a client-facing situation.
  • Certified Salesforce Consultant
