Job Description:

• Partner with Product Managers, Technology Leads and Stakeholders to define Salesforce platform needs, strategy, roadmaps, with business cases and outcomes.
• Translate business strategy to Salesforce innovative solutions and roadmaps while having accountability for the solutions and their outcomes including related measures, metrics, and dashboards
• Create and drive Salesforce platform COE ensuring all platform consumers are adhering to standards of development, deployment, quality, testing and practices through proactive governance and educational sessions.
• Data management to improve SFDC data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• SFDC release management including Sandbox management, change set tracking, and requirement collaboration with software development team
• Design and implement SFDC training programs for sales team and others
• Manage configuration and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com
• Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
• Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes
• Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Salesforce experience
• Proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Understanding of the capabilities of Sales and Service Clouds
• Experience with building and testing of Flows, Process Builder, workflow rules, reports, dashboard, and customer and standard 3rd party integrations
• SFDC architecture experience
• Ability to work with stakeholders with strong views and influence through data and analytics
• Any knowledge of APEX and VisualForce is a huge plus
• Salesforce Certifications a plus
