Job Description:- Roadmap planning: defining the product vision and scope according to capacity and team capabilities and manage that;
- Product backlog management: translate requirements from your (business) stakeholders to IT CRM solutions and set priorities based on value;
- Agile mindset: work with your agile development team to develop, measure, improve and release valuable functionalities;
- Scrum ceremonies: prepare, facilitate, and host the Scrum ceremonies like the daily stand-up, sprint planning, refinement, poker sessions, and sprint reviews;
- Data-driven: gather and analyze data from (internal and external) customers to improve the way users interact with our applications.
Qualifications:- Experience in a PO role (5+ years): running CRM roadmaps in areas of Sales (including Clienteling), Service and Customer Data.
- Salesforce: proven experience being hands on across end-end Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform);
- Analytical skills: makes sense of unstructured information and have a record of accomplishment of projects focused on integrating, enriching, and cleaning customer data at scale;
- Communication: distil and communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively. Involves others, presents well, inspires, and dares to challenge business and IT;
- Customer focus: understands value, sets the right priorities, balances all factors, thinks strategically;
- Pro-active and Entrepreneurial: can-do mentality, innovative with great problem-solving skills;
