Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Revise current SFMC accounts to ensure clients are maximizing their investment in Salesforce
Keep consistent relationships with clients to maintain their SFMC needs
Lead and act as a technical subject matter expert for clients
Serve as a team leader to US based and international project teams
Managing multiple projects at one time
Working independently, multi-task, allocate time appropriately and prioritize effectively
Produce blueprints and documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions

Skills & Qualifications

Organizational, consulting, interpersonal and communication skills
3 to 5+ years of client-facing SFMC experience
Hands-on experience in the design and development of Automations, Triggers, Life-cycle journeys in SFMC
Experience with Marketing Cloud Connector and other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
Strong skills in AMPscript and SQL
Experience with Datorama, Interaction Studio and CDP is a plus
