Job Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between stakeholders, the Salesforce team/users, and various departments (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, etc.)
• Lead your team through road-mapping, planning, configuration, implementations, and support of Salesforce applications
• Maintain and improve upon current Salesforce org with project planning and workload delegation
• Set goals for your team and manage their performance through reviews and training

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds)
• Must have management experience
• Comfortability working closely with C-Suite members, Stakeholders, and different business units
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
