Calling all innovative Salesforce professionals - one of my clients is seeking a leader who is a functional Salesforce rockstar to come in and oversee the Salesforce platform along with its applications & associated integrations. Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of motivated Salesforce Administrators and Developers for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Partner with Business Leadership & Stakeholders to drive efficiency through tooling and business process automation
  • Create roadmaps & execute customer data solutions within Salesforce
  • Manage the team's budget, maintain resource plan, support team members' career growth
  • Manage consulting and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate integrations into the Salesforce platform


Requirements:
  • 6+ years' experience in Salesforce CRM Management position overseeing Salesforce Administrators & Developers
  • 5+ years' experience with vendor management
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder conversations
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred: Admin, Advanced Admin
  • Strong experience integrating third party applications into Salesforce
  • Strong experience in data management
  • Nice-to-haves: Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce implementations
