My client is looking for a Salesforce Manager to support their Sales and Service Cloud instances. You would be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers to maintain critical Salesforce applications and integrations.



Responsibilities

• Be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers
• Managing consulting and vendor relationships
• Creation of roadmaps and executing customer data solutions within Salesforce
• In leading the team, be responsible for managing budget, maintaining resource plan, support team members' career growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies
• Coordinate integrations to Salesforce

Required Experience

• 6+ years in a Salesforce leadership position managing a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators
• 5+ years of vendor management experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder conversations
• Salesforce Administrator (required) and Advanced Administrator certifications (preferred)
• Experience with 3rd party integrations into Salesforce
• Staying up to date with new Salesforce features to enhance functionality
• 3+ years of retail experience (preferred)
• Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
• Salesforce Experience Cloud (preferred)
• Background in Salesforce implementations (preferred)
