Your tasks


  • You are responsible for Salesforce solutions for internal and external customers


  • Implement new features and redesign existing ones


  • Continuous improvement and changes within the scope of Salesforce services


  • Represent the service from a technical perspective raise awareness about new features and functionality


  • Coordinate the identification, assessment and communication of operational risks and report on change activities




Your profile


  • Mid-level experience as a Salesforce Developer


  • Knowledge in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud as well as Community Cloud


  • Deep understanding of risk evaluation and impact in IT environments for change activities


  • Knowledge of key platform technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Aura and Web components, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS)


  • Experience with Meaningful configuration and customisation of standard platform functionality and platform capabilities vs. build from scratch


  • Advanced/enterprise level in the Apex language and intermediate skills in modern JavaScript


  • English fluent, German is a plus
