A Salesforce end user headquartered out of Oregon is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a robust team of Salesforce professionals. The ideal candidate has hands on experience working in a Salesforce Administrator position either individually or on a team, with experience both in end-user support and project deliverables. There is a preference for the Salesforce Administrator Certification, but not required. Experience in a Salesforce Administrator position in an instance of Salesforce Lightning
Proficient with workflows, process builders, custom pages / profiles / fields, reports and dashboards, and end-user support + training
High business acumen with the ability to assist with training as needed for all levels
Experience in Sales and/or Service Cloud
Bonus points for any experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Tableau CRM, and database migration
Third party application management / integration experience with systems integration tools like SOAP APIs, RESTful APIs, etc.
Comfortable working within a robust team of Salesforce experts and reporting into the Manager level
Ability to work cross-functionally with different business units
Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is also heavily considered
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (Agile Practitioner / CSM / PMP certifications are taken into great consideration)
Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
Act as a key point of contact for functional Salesforce requirements (declarative)
Work on a robust team but be able to work independently
Be comfortable working through pain points of end users and providing user support
Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
Question around and work to identify areas of improvement for given technical requirements
Confidently act as a key resource for your team and lead by example with Salesforce best practices
Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
