Role: FinancialForce (Certinia) Solution Architect

As a FinancialForce (Certinia) Solution Architect, you will be closely collaborating with the project team, actively contributing to client advisory, implementation scoping, and the overall engagement strategy for projects. Your expertise is deeply rooted in Certinia products, with a specific emphasis on PSA Cloud, complemented by a robust functional understanding of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the seamless execution of solutions within Certinia, simultaneously providing vigilant oversight and hands-on engagement in design, development, and integration.
  • Contribute significantly to pre-sales client scoping, while also facilitating the creation of precise statement of work estimates.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, adeptly steering discussions to grasp their operational intricacies, prioritize critical information needs, and seamlessly translate business prerequisites into comprehensive system solutions.
  • Drive seamless internal collaboration to design solutions seamlessly aligned with specific customer business requirements.
  • Bridge the gap effectively between customer and technical teams, ensuring impeccable communication of solution requirements across the design, development, testing, and deployment stages.
  • Contribute meaningfully to project management, meticulously planning, and coordination aspects.
  • Maintain steadfast alignment of projects with client strategies while preventing duplication of functionality.
  • Undertake the creation of thorough solution documentation and provide judicious guidance to the technical lead, particularly concerning custom solutions.
  • Lead the creation of project deliverables, encompassing both process and system design elements, with a strong emphasis on functional and technical design attributes.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with FinancialForce (Certinia).
  • Demonstrate a mastery of Certinia products, particularly with PSA Cloud certification (and/or proficiency in other Certinia clouds).
  • Exhibit hands-on involvement in Salesforce.com implementations.
  • Bring exceptional collaborative, adaptable, and flexible traits to engagements with diverse clients and teams.
  • Display superior written and verbal communication skills, capably engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Possess robust organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Showcase advanced analytical skills for effectively troubleshooting complex system issues.
  • Exemplify meticulous attention to detail, reflecting prior experience with enterprise-level clientele.
