An enterprise level organization is hiring an Agile Program Manager to work cross-functionally with the digital transformation department. Reporting into the Director of Global Technology, this position will have a high level of visibility, responsible for liaising cross-departmentally with technical teams utilizing the SAFe framework and ensuring adherence to this organizations Agile Release methodology. As a Servant Leader, this hire should embody the core values of the Agile process and have the ability to persuade their peers to adopt Agility throughout all phases of the SDLC. Job Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience with the Agile process as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Consultant or Program Manager
  • Background in the Information Technology / Software as a Service vertical preferred, with a strong understand of the SDLC
  • High level understanding and expertise of the Agile Process, with expertise in leadership, mentorship, and coaching
  • Experience working with all levels of management & departments with clear lines of communication
  • Well-versed in the following technical skills: CFDs, PI health reports, burndown & burn-up charts, & ROAM analysis
  • *Preferred if certified in: Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner Scaled Agile Release Train Engineer, Agile Practitioner, Expert in Agile Coaching
  • Familiar with the following Business Applications and their functionality:, NetSuite, WorkDay, Google Suite, Jira, etc

Essential Functions:
  • Interface and mentor Scrum Masters, POs, PMs, and other peers in the Product department daily in adherence with Agile / SAFe best practices
  • Remain vigilant for opportunities to guide adoption of the Agile framework cross-departmentally
  • Ability to delineate feedback in a clear and concise, yet effective and persuasive manner as necessary
  • Encourages self-accountability within Agile framework and identifies opportunities for improvement via impediment escalation with appropriate higher ups
  • Ensure that business critical updates, requirements, and general communications are reported to key business stakeholders in a timely fashion within scope of the Agile Release Train
  • Liaise with product department to elucidate clear backlogs, user stories, and MVP requirements

Total compensation is negotiable DOE, including a competitive base salary of $140k-$160k, an annual bonus, and more.
