Job Requirements:
  • Come up with strategic resolutions to problems while being a hands-on expert on all things Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
  • Optimize and scale the Salesforce CPQ platform, simplify user experiences, and create data flows across systems, processes, and reporting platforms
  • Manage overall OCL Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing)
  • Work alongside a well-established team of developers, analysts, and administrators through Salesforce Lightning implementations and migrations
  • Operate on a Salesforce CPQ platform integrating 3rd party applications




Basic Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor degree in IT, CIS, Computer science, or another related field
  • Strong technical background as a developer in the Salesforce.com ecosystem
  • Heavy experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce CPQ
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Essential Functions:

  • Act as a key point of contact for technical requirements
  • Work on a robust team but be able to work independently
  • Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
  • Question around and work to identify areas of improvement for given technical requirements
  • Confidently act as a key resource for your team and lead by example with Salesforce best practices and highly efficient design patterns
  • Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
