CRM Executive - Marketing Automation


CRM Executive (Marketing Automation) - London - up to £40,000

As the CRM/campaign executive, you will be working with teams across the business delivering automated campaign against business requirements. This will be a great opportunity to work with a strong, supportive team and gain exposure to learning new skills, and build both your technical and consulting skill set as the marketing team expands.

You will be working with the automation team and ensure the Pardot platform is being utilised to its full capabilities as the company develops and grows. You will also work with the CRM Manager to nurture potential customers from MQLs to SQLs. You will also have a great opportunity to develop your HTML skill set, working with a designer to build out dynamic content for your marketing campaigns. Further to this, you will gain exposure to working with a range of stakeholders, reporting on campaigns and ROI.

Key skills:
  • Marketing Automation experience is essential in a B2B setting (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo etc.).
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Developing automated campaigns
  • Lead nurturing/generation
  • Understanding of Lead scoring/grading
  • Knowledge of nurturing prospects from MQL's to SQL's.
  • Designing and maintaining reports and dashboards for campaign reporting
  • HTML experience
