Salesforce Engineering Manager, MST Remote, $175K

A client of mine is looking for a skilled Salesforce professional with hands on development experience and a passion for people development to join their team! This is an opportunity to join a cohesive team with a company that has continued to grow through challenging market conditions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Bridge the gap between the Salesforce team/users, stakeholders, and multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, etc.)
  • Guide the team through road-mapping, planning, configuration, implementations, and support of Salesforce applications
  • Maintain and improve upon the current Salesforce org with project planning and workload delegation
  • Set team goals and manage performance through reviews and training


Qualifications
  • Experience with several Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing Clouds)
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience
  • Preference for a technical background (CS degree, Software Engineering background, Salesforce Developmemt background)
  • Comfortability working closely with Stakeholders, C-Suite members, and various business units
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
