Role & Responsibilities
  • Immediate respondant for CPQ user support, including CPQ case queue management
  • Key role in configuration, testing, and new product deployment
  • Gathering and presenting new requirements to the Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist
  • Assisitng CPQ end users with training and enablement



Skills & Qualifications
  • Sales Cloud experience
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) Certification
  • Hands on experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Understanding of Salesforce Dataloader and other data loading tools
  • Understanding of Process automation tools such as Process Builders and Flows
