Salesforce Technical Lead - Remote - $150K-$180K

This client is looking for someone who will be able to effectively help with Salesforce development projects. Any experience working with multi-org environments that have diverse business needs is a big plus!

Responsibilities:
  • Experience with functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to create innovative business solutions
  • Lead development teams to verify technical and architecture standards align
  • Identify areas for opportunity in key business processes to use the Salesforce platform
  • Develop best practices and standards for other team members


Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate strong experience in the Salesforce Platform
  • Ability to develop high-performance Process Builders, Roles and Profiles, and flows
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and promote user adoption
  • Experience with functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagement
  • Experience managing technical project team members
