Role & Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional Agile teams to research, create, and implement Salesforce (e.g. Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Component)
Sales Cloud platform and associated apps development, maintenance, administration, operational support, and continual improvement
Use a hands-on approach to come up with designs for how different apps and cloud platforms can be connected to Sales Cloud
Take charge of the whole process and technology stack, from defining the pipeline and toolchain to putting build plans into action and setting up servers and agents
Maintain CI/CD setup, make required adjustments, and proactively apply patches to ensure delivery continuity
Implement and support global IT solutions using new techniques and technologies

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related
Strong conceptual, analytical, and hands-on software development and maintenance expertise
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. bash, Python, JavaScript), source versioning systems and branching strategies (GIT, Feature Branch, Gitflow)
Familiar with Agile methodologies
SAP S/4 HANA experience would be plus
Good knowledge of software & cloud architecture and integration concepts across multiple IT stacks
Fluent in English
Swiss, EU, or other passport holders with active work authorization in Switzerland
