A Salesforce client is looking to bring on a Salesforce Practice Director to their team! This client is highly regarded for their work/team culture and strong client base. The ideal candidate will have seasoned SF leadership experience and a proven ability to manage a team. They will also be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships as well as encourage growth and support teams cross-functionally.



Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Project Management & SF Partner experience
• Configuration & declarative development skills
• MuleSoft experience
• Proven ability to manage a team and multiple clients/projects
• Communicate with leadership in the business to increase success
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (written/oral)
• Manage global implementations
• Proven team leadership skills
• Travel 1-2 times a month in office
