Salesforce Technical Lead | Salt Lake City, Utah | $180k

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, create and implement Salesforce solutions driven by feature requirements.
  • Contribute to system design and architectural decisions for scalable performance solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Implement unit test cases as per the code coverage standards.
  • Build and maintain collaborative working partnerships with peers, leaders and stakeholders.
  • Assist other developers with troubleshooting, debugging and coding.
  • Be an information resource and the SME for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Support continuous integration and support software delivery to pre-prod and prod environments.

  • 5+ years previous Salesforce application development.
  • Expert knowledge of best practices regarding Salesforce implementations, including design patterns, release management, deployment strategies, and testing best practices.
  • Experience developing software within an Agile environment.
  • Leadership experience, mentoring/training junior Admins & Developers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce design and system architecture concepts.
  • Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML
  • Platform Developer 1 Certification is a plus
  • Willingness to commute to the SLC HQ once or twice per week
