Job Summary: We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Salesforce architecture solutions for projects involving various Salesforce Clouds, scoping projects, and building strong customer relationships. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead technical aspects of projects, and ensure best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Salesforce architecture solutions for projects involving Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to accurately scope projects for both new and existing customers, while highlighting the potential capabilities.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as their guide through the Salesforce ecosystem, and addressing challenges when needed.
  • Serve as the technical lead on projects, overseeing solution design, identifying risks, and maintaining effective communication.
  • Act as the technology expert in project discussions, implementing best practices, and continuously expanding your expertise.
  • Assist consultants in quality assurance of User Stories, guiding their work, and taking ownership of project success.



  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
    • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Experience working as part of or leading a project team.
    • Must hold Service Cloud Consultant and Field Service Consultant Salesforce certifications.
    • Possession of an Advanced Field Service Accredited Professional certification is a plus.
    • Experience in delivering Experiences/Communities on the Community Cloud platform and Service Cloud is an advantage.
