DevOps Engineer - Remote - 140k/year

My client in the Educational Technology space is looking to expand their engineering team with the addition of a DevOps Engineer. Someone ideal that can contribute to their dynamic team o Salesforce Developers and Senior DevOps Engineers.



This is a unique opportunity for anyone to enhance their Salesforce and DevOps engineering experience.



Role & Responsibilities

• Design, development, deployment and maintenance activities using Salesforce and its related DevOps tools
• Contribution in a DevOps culture and be comfortable with a continuous delivery environment.
• Create CI/CD pipeline for build, release and configuration management of Salesforce environments.
• Conduct code review of the application and provide guidance to junior members or vendor teams to optimize the application.
• Implement coding best practices and ensure that the development works comply with the guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Development and DevOps engineering.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (not required, but nice to have)
• Proficiency with Copado or other Salesforce DevOps tools
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipeline
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and specifically regarding Apex Triggers, Aura, Visualforce Pages, Components, and Enterprise Architecture
• Knowledge of Document generator tools like Conga
