Senior Salesforce Developer - Remote - $150-180K

Our client, an elite Salesforce end-user organization with a massive trajectory for growth in 2023, is looking for a Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of custom solutions for internal and external clients. Working with different non-profit entities to ensure environmental sustainability, this opportunity provides a chance to collaborate with a team of 10+ Salesforce professionals to execute the road map ahead.

  • Design/Develop custom products for external stakeholders
  • Work alongside Business Analysts/Product Owners to analyze business requirements & translate them into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Translate business needs and develop custom solutions using traditional and agile development methodologies
  • Oversee any existing/future third party application integrations with Salesforce
  • Act as a mentor/coach for more junior members of the team, providing technical leadership and direction

  • Well-rounded experience developing solutions within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud/Communities
  • 6+ years of developing complex custom SFDC solutions
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • 2+ years of Lightning Web Component Development
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming techniques
  • Strong working knowledge with Git
  • Nice to have: Knowledge or experience with Netsuite, Docusign, CLM, Boomi, CD/DevOps, and non-profit/philanthropic industry experience
