You will be responsible for providing support and technical direction for all Salesforce systems and managing relationships with key stakeholders across all departments. Role & Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to Salesforce person
  • Manage all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Prepare for upgrades and conduct regular internal system audits
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Create documentation of all systems
  • Provide 2nd line support for Salesforce systems
  • Analyse technical issues


Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' hands-on Salesforce admin experience
  • ADM 201 certified
  • System and process analysis skills to optimise and re-engineer complex business processes
  • Sound understanding of software and application testing methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
