Location - Nationwide , Start date - ASAP

Contract Type- Permanent, Hours- Full Time, Salary - up to £80,000

A leading global Salesforce partner are looking to hire experienced Salesforce Consultants (Field Service Lightning) nationwide to join their continuously growing, talented team! This consultant will work closely with clients & on vastly interesting & complex projects, utilising a passion for Salesforce and CRM solutions to become their go-to when facing complex challenges.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Attend client meetings, facilitate workshops & stakeholder interviews, analysing client needs throughout
  • Assist world-renowned clients in understanding complex business processes & requirements along with developing Field Service & wider Salesforce Solutions.
  • Workshop facilitation which requires excellent communication skills
  • Recommend appropriate features to meet client needs alongside configuring Field Service Lightning features - as a Field Service Lightning functional expert clients will require an inquisitive mind in solving their complex business challenges.
  • Take the lead on Salesforce projects on behalf of our clients, supporting the business and technical teams and stakeholders



Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on experience in a Consultancy role within Salesforce role in a partner environment
  • Demonstrable Field Service functional consultancy experience including Salesforce Sales & Service cloud.
  • Demonstrable experience of large-size Salesforce user projects & agile project delivery as part of a wider team.
  • Salesforce Certifications - Admin 201 (required) Service Cloud Consultant/Field Service Lightning (desired) - additional certifications desired
  • Prior experience assisting clients with testing & product demonstrations
  • Ability to translate & communicate complex concepts & solutions to clients/executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
