Salesforce Consultant £35,000 - £45,000 (NPSP) Remote

Job Description

One of Mason Frank International's key clients within the Partner space are currently looking for a Junior-Mid Level Consultant with good hands-on knowledge of NPSP.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator with non-profit experience to pivot into the Partner space and establish themselves at a rapidly-growing organisation which is well-regarded in the ecosystem.


Role & Responsibilities

• Define solution requirements by assisting with requirements-scoping workshops, ensure design has gone through internal QA process and document requirements
• Configuration of Salesforce to meet customer requirements, assist with configuration of third party applications, manage deployment from Sandbox to production orgs
• Liaise with internal developers on solution components requiring customisation
• Preparation and delivery of user training, contribute to internal knowledge-sharing
• Keep up to date with Salesforce updates and actively participate in Trailhead
• Involvement in pre-sales including demo prep and documentation review

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working for a Salesforce partner or an End User which uses NPSP
• Good stakeholder-facing experience and ability to gather requirements
• Configuration and automation skills
• Salesforce certification(s)
