You will Support our users by:



Providing help desk support and tier 3 troubleshooting. Responding promptly and professionally to user issues received via telephone, email, web, & internal escalations. A key part of this role is also documenting incidents in support tracking system in a clear, concise, and understandable format. Help by managing and optimizing our helpdesk tracking system and providing technical support for our systems including Google Workspace, Zoom conferencing, Slack, DUO, JAMF, and Microsoft OfficeSupport the success of team members by Providing orientation and user training on software applications, including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, IT security overview, etc. Perform laptop upgrades, builds, rebuilds, and swaps. Perform iPhone and Android installations and configuration. Onboard new hires that ranges from setting up their systems and training



Requirements
  • B.S. in Information Technology/Computer Science or similar experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Windows OS and macOS, Apple iOS, and Android mobile devices
  • 3+ years experience with Google Workspace admin, Zoom, Slack, JAMF, DUO, & Microsoft Office or similar experience
  • Experience with AV systems setup
  • Great communication skills and truly enjoy supporting users
  • Good understanding of network topology and protocols including both wired and wireless
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Google certification and A+ or related certification or similar are nice to have
