Job Description


Role & Responsibilities:
    • 5+ years' experience in a CRM product owner/manager or business analyst role
    • Previous experience working on single customer view, omnichannel, ecommerce & retail system integration projects
    • Good understanding CRM & Clienteling systems (Salesforce), POS systems (Cegid Y2), Ecommerce (Hybris, Adyen)
    • Excellent requirements gathering & documentation skills to manage specifications, user journeys & process flows
    • Strong Data Governance & arbitration skills
    • Good understanding of latest data privacy laws
    • Very good understanding of customer data management rules & tools particularly regarding match, merge & quality enhancement
    • Previous experience organising and conducting training programmes and producing training tools & materials, in particular regarding transformative projects for Digital Marketing, Ecommerce & Retail teams
    • Excellent team attitude, approachable and good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and influence



Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills required as this is NOT a technical role but more a Business facing role.
  • Strong Data Governance & arbitration skill
  • Excellent requirements gathering & documentation skills to manage specifications, user journeys & process flows

Working Days / Hours:

Hybrid - 3 days in Central London Office and 2 Days working from home
