Position: CRM & Email Marketing Manager

Location: Austin, TX (On-site 5 days/week)

Salary: $100k/yr.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage CRM and email programs (Strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization)

- Segment & define audiences inside Salesforce

- Build and manage journeys inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud 9acquistion, activation, engagement, and retention)

- A/B test all elements

- Create & track relevent KPIs for email & customer communications programs

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 3-5 years of CRM & Email Marketing experience

- 3+ years of exp. with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Technical proficiency (HTML creation and modification of email templates)

- Innovative thinking, willingness to identify and try new marketing concepts

- Experience with Email (SMS) marketing and automation and HTML coding emails
