Looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help our client in the IT sector continue building a scalable and predictable growth engine across different business units and geographies.

Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce environment.
Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine task.
Working directly with stakeholders and team members
Enhance the client's change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
Work with the C-Level to establish a suitable process to administrative, development and change management activities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
Any experience in Sales Operations not necessary, but great to have
Ideally experience with Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator & Outreach
Strong understanding of Salesforce, with the ability to build custom dashboards, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content above intermediate complexity.
