Role & Responsibilities
  • Identify, critically evaluate, and report on client business needs to come up with effective Salesforce strategy
  • Dive into and analyse data in Salesforce
  • Solve problems and establish actionable, logical client recommendations
  • Work closely with developers to test and implement the functionality

Skills & Qualifications
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Czech verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor degree or relevant experience as a Business Analyst - technical, programming knowledge not required
  • Interest in CRM and Salesforce technology
  • Good English is a bonus
