Salesforce Technical Manager - Home Based (£55,000 - £65,000)
As a Salesforce Technical Manager, you will help drive and maintain the overall product and CI/CD within Salesforce across the business. This end user are looking for someone to come in to provide support across automation and deployment throughout their Salesforce instance.
In this Salesforce Technical Manager position you will be required to have a strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, supporting various users within these products. You will also lead on deployment across Salesforce, working closely with different scrum teams and assisting across metadata to develop various solutions. Another key aspect of the role will be having a key focus on the overall configuration of Salesforce, building a range of validation rules, approval processes and workflows. As well as meeting with a range of c-level stakeholders to gather and translate all technical requirements within Salesforce and present back different solutions.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning)
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Lead on deployment across various projects
- Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Validation Rules and Approval Processes)
- Continuous integrations (CI/CD)
- Data management, analytics and migration
