My client, a leading global consultancy, are searching for a Salesforce release manager to join their established team. This role is working in the managed service function of this business and will be working with 5-6 clients at any one time.
Work closely with cloud management team to ensure delivery of technical solutions to clients.
Work with multiple clients in both a functional and technical capacity, managing and maintaining client relations.
Ensure efficient and precise requirement gathering processes and accurately estimating the completion time for projects.
Proactively consult with clients, actively suggesting new ideas to improve the clients situation.
Willingness to travel to clients if and when required.
Proven experience working with Salesforce platform.
Salesforce certified (sales, service and admin).
Excellent communication style.
Familiar working with senior level stakeholders.
Ability to think on your feet. This role will require wearing multiple hats, business analysis, project management, solution design and more.
Prior consultancy experience is a plus, but applicants from and end user background with significant Salesforce experience are also welcomed.
