Salesforce Administrator

Hours - Full Time

Location - London

Salary - Up to £65,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your Salesforce journey with one of our well-established clients in the non-profit sector. The successful applicants will be offered a salary of up to £65,000, in addition to a benefits package, including 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Day to day Administration duties such as user support and administration, trouble shooting, maintaining a 'clean' user friendly CRM
  • Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
  • Working directly with stakeholders and team members
  • Enhance the client's change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
  • Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
  • Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users
  • Exposure to other technologies such as Einstein Analytics (Tableau)

  • Experience in Sales and Service Cloud, other clouds such as Communities are not required, however are desirable
  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate (preferred)
  • Experience in mentoring staff or having had managed a team
  • Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce, (e.g. using new objects, flows, process builder, workflows, validation rules)
  • Experience Salesforce Configuration
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability and confidence to work under own initiative
