Role & Responsibilities

• Configuring and developing the company's Salesforce org.
• Providing training and support other team members
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide technological solutions.
• Project planning and roadmap management.
• Suggest improvements to the configuration of the system

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Sales cloud, Service cloud and Communities Clouds.
• Salesforce configuration experience (Flows, Process Builder).
• Excellent communication and previous experience in stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem solving and technical skills.
• Salesforce Certifications
