They're looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support global solution mainly made up of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related technologies
- Optimise business functions and digitise business processes
- Testing, deployment, documentation and building across Salesforce platform
- Analytics, data mining and AI
- Build flourishing relationships with customers
- Evaluate solutions and technologies which may become relevant
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in an ICT
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Experience with different delivery methodologies and project management
- Salesforce Certified
- Salesforce Lightning exposure
