A rapidly-growing Salesforce Partner based in the UK is currently looking for a Change Manager to assist with digital transformation for their customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with Change Management experience to get themselves into the Salesforce ecosystem and work for a very well-regarded consultancy.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Take control and lead change management activities and leverage structured methodologies
  • Create strategy for adoption in changes and apply tools
  • Assist with the development, design and delivery of communications
  • Assess impact and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide insight, gather requirements and support delivery of training material

Skills & Qualifications
  • Solid experience in a Change Management role
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to forge and foster strong relationships
  • Natural ability for planning strategies
  • Ability to liaise and collaborate at all levels of organisations
  • Demonstrated project lifecycle knowledge
  • Salesforce experience (Highly desirable)
  • Change management certification (Required)
