As a CPQ consultant, you will work together with our customers and their Business Development, IT, Sales Operations and Product Management departments to develop their business processes - from lead to lifecycle services and beyond. You will dive deep into their product portfolio to understand the product DNA & configurability and map how the data moves within and between the systems.
In addition to defining the business framework, you will also build CPQ solutions and get hands-on with the technology.
Understand customers' end-to-end processes & system landscape (beyond CRM and CPQ) and plan the optimal to-be setup that will make them succeed
Engage with customers' business and technical staff to find the right solutions
Be confident in leading discovery workshops with the customer and challenge the customers' thinking and status quo
Configure CPQ solutions, as well as related Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales and Service Community/Experience Clouds)
Understand software implementation procedures from requirement specifications to deployment
Helping our sales team by participating in presales and provide input to proposals & work estimates
Proactively engage with customers to find new projects and other opportunities
CPQ solutions are parts of transforming sales & delivery operations and you will help our customers to build new business models and architecture which will meet the demands of the future society centred around big data, AI and automation
Project Duration: Minimum 6 months
