My client, is an international growing company and is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager. A position awaits you in which you can work in a motivated and creative team.


● Optimize workflows between web forms, Pardot and Salesforce
● Creation of automated rules and segmentation within Pardot
● Provide marketing tool stack insights and reporting to key marketing and sales stakeholders
● Creation and reporting of Salesforce marketing campaigns
● Dynamic website content via Pardot, Google Optimize or similar tool
● Strategize, drive and track Marketing KPIs and work with the RevOps team and analytics team
to get the reports and dashboards set up
● Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Sales Development, and SalesOps teams to build and
manage lead scoring, lead routing, lead source attribution, audience segmentation, list hygiene, and others
● Setup, AB test and send email campaigns and nurture campaigns from the marketing automation platform. Ensure proper tracking and execution of all campaigns (UTMs, etc.)
● Analyze data to find trends, identify potential data issues, monitor progress through the funnel and
spot areas for improvement for processes and database health
● Proactively find blockers and challenges to our growth and take the initiative to solve them
● Implement and manage the marketing operations related tasks of the Account-based Marketing program

Minimum Qualifications:

● Experience owning marketing tool stack integration and maintenance
● Expert knowledge of Web Operations, Pardot and Salesforce
● Experience with Google Tag Manager
● Working proficiency and communication skills in written and verbal English
● 5+ years in a marketing operations/analytics role at B2B technology companies
● Strong understanding of the demand funnel, revenue attribution, customer lifecycle and
other marketing disciplines
● Proven track record of successfully implementing and guiding a marketing operations
● Experience with campaign setup, audience segmentation, email deployment, data
hygiene, analytics and reporting
● Solid experience in marketing best practices, including email best practices, landing
page best practices, industry standards/metrics, SPAM laws, GDPR, CASL, list
management, and campaign automation
● Experience leveraging broad tool set of marketing automation tools
● Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with effective communication skills
● Interest and ability to learn in a scaling startup environment
● Experience with Drift, Seamless.AI, and Clearbit preferred
