My client is a top gaming company looking to take on a talented and very capable, 'Player Support Product Lead' you will need to travel across the EU & US from time to time and get the chance to guide this businesses road map moving forward. You will also have to have extensive knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities and limitations. This role will pay up to £80k + wider very good benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities
The PS Product Lead will strategically lead the PS product team to establish, implement and maintain best practices for all aspects of the products used
Good exposure to Service Cloud & Sales Cloud and Social Studio is a must
You will need to have managed teams before and be very familiar with key stakeholder
Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience leading products before
Good all-round Salesforce knowledge, exposure to configuration, good knowledge on Sales and Service Clouds
Experience with Einstein AL is a must
Sought after package
