Your responsibility:
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce Field Service technology.
  • Perform architectural analysis and design for system of global Salesforce Field Service solution
  • Collaborate with a team of Business Process Managers, Salesforce Architects and Developers to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet requirement of the business and their processes.
  • Documents and communicates designs, estimates, and implementation plans to program stakeholders.
  • Share best practices and be consultative to business stakeholders throughout projects
  • Demonstrate broad solutions leadership, impacting significant solution direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change.
  • Assist the business in understanding the effort, risk, and effect of making changes to a Salesforce instance
  • Customizes, enhances and integrates Salesforce Field Service Applications

Further Qualifications May Include
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Salesforce Service Cloud Certification is a plus
  • 5+ years in architecting Salesforce Field Service application
  • 5+ years in IT Consulting environment
  • Advanced Experience with Salesforce Configuration and custom development
  • Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options
  • Fluent English
