Role & Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Salesforce across 3 continents
- Create custom reports and dashboards enabling team to have access to Leads and Opportunities within relevant income avenues
- Provide support and learning materials to end users whilst also driving change management across the company
- Collect vital data to monitor kpis and conduct data quality reviews/data entry tasks
- Create and standardise global operation tasks
- Play a key role in improving user experience through optimisation of Salesforce
- Manage relationship with implementation partner
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years Salesforce experience as an Admin within the Non-profit space
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Good knowledge of the AppExchange, lightning components and familiarity of the NPSP
- Stakeholder-facing history and ability to gather and translate requirements
- Basic HTML knowledge
