Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid)

Salary: £70,000

Type: Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst (Salesforce experience desired) to join our established end user client in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate would be UK Based and would be able to demonstrate previous experience as a Business Analyst within Salesforce, or other CRM Systems.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of six other Business Analysts and will be working closely with the company's Salesforce Practice and would later on cover different aspects and projects within the business. This will be a "hands-on" role where the successful candidate will work very closely with our stakeholders to drive step change in the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, analysing business requirements
  • Administer, maintain, configure, support the company's Salesforce platform.
  • Assist various internal Salesforce users across the company.
  • Monitor, support and provide solutions end to end
  • Producing business requirements and specifications in line with stakeholders' requirements



Desired Skills
  • Prior experience in Salesforce CRM
  • Skilled at process design and improvement
  • Skilled at application testing - developing test scripts, reviewing test results
  • Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Experience in working in cross-functional project teams
  • Motivated to work effectively within a team as well as independently
  • Problem solving capabilities, attention to detail, data handling skills
