Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Salesforce environment
- Design and develop business logic, user interface, and data model user
- Examine and understand the causes of support requests and drive through change
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in planning and delivering Salesforce developments, managing the Salesforce platform, and resolving problems that may occur
- An understanding and experience of integrating systems into Salesforce
- The capability to understand and communicate relevant technical issues to layman audiences
