Salesforce Product Manager (up to £80,000) + Bonus

A well regarded Financial Services firm is looking to add a new salesforce product manager to their growing team.


Roles and Responsibilities

• Create business analysis, outlining issues, opportunities and solutions for the business problem
• Record and map business requirements and verify them with stakeholders
• Work with senior stakeholders within the business
• Understanding compliance requirements to ensure we deliver great outcomes for customers

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years salesforce experience
• Experience working with agile tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, across different geographies and business functions
• Proven experience working with large scale Contact Centre teams (150+) and end to end Contact Centre product management
• Experience with delivering Salesforce integration projects
