Responsibilities of the Salesforce Project Manager:

Lead and manage all phases of Salesforce projects, from planning and design to implementation and deployment

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholder

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements

Provide guidance and support to team members

Drive process improvements and best practices



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud

Experience managing complex Salesforce projects with multiple stakeholders

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salesforce certification(s) preferred
