Salesforce Functional Consultant - London/Remote

The client is a top Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem looking to hire a Salesforce Functional consultant to expand their UK team. You will be responsible for understanding complex business process and requirements. This consultancy are going from strength to strength and continually securing new projects so are looking to expand their team to keep up with their client demands. Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business managers and leaders to understand complex business processes and requirements and help develop Salesforce solutions using your functional knowledge of the platform
• End-to-end implementation
• Run workshops and acting as the interface between the client and Salesforce Architect and Development team
• Provide Salesforce training to internal and external stakeholders
• Gather and analyse requirements
• Create high-quality user stories

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant/Business Analyst
• Worked with one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service & Community cloud)
• Salesforce certifications
• Excellent communication skills
