Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the UK's leading healthcare charity. You will be responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the Salesforce platform, working collaboratively in a multi-functional team.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Implement new features and redesign existing features
  • Mentor/coach junior admins in the team
  • Continuous improvement and changes within the scope of Salesforce services
  • Ensure compliance with quality and process standards (e.g. legal etc)
  • Coordinate the identification, assessment and communication of operational risks and report on change activities



Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds
  • ADM 201 Certified
  • Service specific technical knowledge, communication, coordination and organisational skills
  • At least 3-4years' hands-on Salesforce experience as an administrator
