Role & Responsibilities
General Salesforce support including: reports, dashboards, profiles, flows, process builder, account maintenance, validation rules and more
Support and drive Salesforce projects
Support users across different time zones
Create and deliver training for End Users
Collaborate with IT to support and manage release roll-outs and future improvements
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years Salesforce Administration experience
Lightning, VisualForce, Apex
Web Services development experience
Strong customer service skills and great communication skills
